An Ayurvedic consultation is a comprehensive exam that aims to discover  the cause of what ails you.

An ayurvedic diagnosis is based on the  combination of: a comprehensive and detailed personal history questionnaire; a pulse, tongue, and physical exam. This will help reveal underlying factors in the disease process.  The practitioners diagnosese  the fundamental imbalance that may be responsible for your symptoms. Therapies may include, but are not limited to, body work and treatments , herbs, diet, exercise, lifestyle changes, and stress reduction and prevention.

How to prepare you for your initial consultation:

To gain optimum accuracy for your pulse reading, it is best to schedule your initial appointment in the morning and to come with an empty stomach.

Cost

Initial consultation $ 90.00 for one hour.
Follow ups:(one hour);? follow ups: $ 75.00
Does not include herbs or treatments.

24-hr cancellation notice required.

Clients who cancel or reschedule less than 24 business hours before their appointment are charge a $50 fee.

What is an ayurvedic practitioner?

An ayurvedic practitioner is an individual who is trained to conduct an ayurvedic assessments and make recommendations based on the science of Ayurveda. The practitioner  determines your prakuti, also called your constitution or essential nature. From there, the practitioner can create an individualized treatment plan, which often includes diet, exercise, herbs, yoga, meditation, and massage. The  plan generally focuses on restoring balance to one particular dosha.
